I am a consultant systemic psychotherapist, who has 15 year of experience of working with individuals, families and couples, suffering from a wide range of difficulties. My aim is to help clients integrate and overcome the challenges they face through uncovering their own potential individually or in relationship.

I specialise in working with people from different cultural and faith backgrounds, integrating psychotherapeutic ideas with their beliefs to find solutions that fit with the contexts they live in. I have worked within NHS services as well as privately. I have lead a highly respected specialist therapeutic service – The Marlborough Cultural Therapy Centre - for minority ethnic clients based in the NHS for a number of years. I offer consultation and supervision as well as expert opinion in court proceedings. I have trained psychotherapists nationally and internationally and have published numerous articles on working across cultures.

My Qualifications are: B.Sc. Psychology, M.Sc. Systemic Psychotherapy, Ph.D. Cross Cultural Psychology, as well as having completed short courses in Eye Movement Desensitizing Re-processing (EMDR), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Alchemy and Dream work. I am registered with the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapists (UKCP).
