Alongside psychodynamic, cognitive, compassion-focused and mindfulness-based therapies, Stacy has expertise in EMDR. While EMDR is well known for trauma, it can also be effective for anxiety, low mood, emotional overwhelm, self-criticism, relational patterns and stress-related difficulties, helping reduce emotional intensity and shift unhelpful beliefs. Stacy has extensive experience working with concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, identity and work-related stress.
