I am a UKCP and BPC registered psychotherapist with over fifteen years’ experience in both private practice and the charity sector, managing a counselling agency for seven years.
I see people who are suffering from a combination of stress, anger, anxiety and depression and sometimes may lack confidence or find their relationships not working.
In our modern society the gender roles of men and women are less clearly defined and I also see many people who are struggling with their identities as men and women or with their feelings about their sexuality.
I hope that by creating a therapeutic relationship you can find greater self awareness and move to a life that feels more satisfying.
